I go downstairs last night and notice water all over the floor coming from the hot water tank. I called these guys early sunday morning and before i could hang up they had a guy already at my door. He came in and explained everything, got done in no time and wouldnt take a tip to save his life. Cool Dude! I appreciate yall and will most def be referring Polar Plumbing in the near future.

Jarod and his team were great. During our initial meeting we discussed the function of our current system, options for new systems and improvements needed that will benefit our home. This lead to three options to chose from that were extremely competitive. On installation day the team removed the old system, added a return air duct and installed the new system by mid afternoon with a new thermostat. They were meticulous, clean and explained every detail on how the new system will function making the process very simple. The work area was immaculate when done. A+

I woke up to a leaking gas hot water heater, and made a call to Polar hoping they could squeeze me in in the next few days. Within an hour, Corey and Darren were at my house with a brand new water heater and had it up and running an hour later. They were extremely professional/friendly, and made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. I'm extremely happy with the service, and will be using Polar for all of my needs moving forward!

I called and they came out the next day! We received a picture of the plumber ahead of time. The gentleman (with his apprentice) that came to my home were very knowledgeable and professional! The work was completed quickly and so reasonably I couldn’t believe it! Polar is my new go to Plumbing Company! I highly recommend them!!!

If I could give Polar 10 stars, I would. Starting with my first phone call to Samatha. She was kind and patient with me. I was a little upset because my furnace wasn't running. She said she would have someone out, that very day, between 3 and 5. I was shocked to have someone come out the same day. Jared was at my house at 4:00. What a kind and considerate young man. Not only did he fix the furnace problem, (it was the thermostat) he checked out my entire furnace to make sure everything looked okay. This young man went above and beyond for me. It is obvious he knows exactly what he is doing. If you need anyone to service your heating or A/C please give them a call. I haven't had customer service like this for a long, long time. Corey and his guy today came out and replaced my water line. He got out here a day after he priced it out and they were $2k cheaper than everyone else's bid. They came out did an amazing job and cleaned up great! My water pressure has never been better and it looks great. They're also just very cool guys and seem to have a good time! Will definitely have them back out when I need any plumbing done!

Quick response to furnace outage and provided multiple options. Quick to provide installation of a new furnace at a very competitive price, will definitely recommend.

Jarod showed up on schedule and was very friendly. The issue was resolved after thorough investigation and he gave me great advice on optimal operations of my heat pump. He answered all my questions and it was a great experience. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I had a furnace “checkup” before Winter comes. I received a text with an ETA about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Steve was the tech that did the inspection/checkup. He was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns I had. After he was finished, he showed me the details of what he found on his IPad. I would highly recommend using Polar for any HVAC needs you may have. You will not be disappointed!

I would definitely recommend Polar. Jarod came out and fixed my Air Conditioning in August and was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. He made it easy to call Polar again, this time for my furnace. Jarod was once again punctual, professional, thorough and honest. He explained the problem and provided me with options. Taking the time to explain each option. I decided that it would be best to replace my 20 year old furnace. Tim and Steven delivered my new furnace first thing the following morning. They had the old unit removed and the new one installed and working within a few hours. Tim and Steven were also both very professional, respectful and diligent. Once they were finished they thoroughly cleaned the area leaving no mess behind. If you are in need of A/C or Furnace work, I would highly recommend Polar. Polar is trustworthy.

Man, oh man, whatever you do, if you’re in a bad way for HVAC services, call PolAire. Our York AC (only twelve years old) had a motor burn out when it’s 98 degrees outside. I struggled to cool my bedroom and living room by buying two portable AC units. I first called a local HVAC company, and the young man told me the motor was bad. He told me this York motor is no longer made and very expensive. He quoted me an astronomical number to repair and told me I would be better off buying a whole new HVAC system. I simply cannot afford that, so on a whim I looked at Google reviews and wanted a simple quote for a full install. I was immediately contacted and a in home visit was scheduled. I met with Jarod (very polite, gracious and helpful). I told Jarod what I was told, and he said he wanted to help us. Jared told me it appears I was misquoted and the price on the motor I was given was inflated. Jarod also told me there is other options we could consider. On his own accord, Jarod actually went down to the furnace and removed (opening the motor). Jarod told me this was the source of the problem, and he would attempt to find me a replacement motor. Jarod left and returned within an hour. The motor he retrieved did not work properly, so Jarod told me he would check the warehouse for a rebuilt and refurbished furnace, and this would solve my problems if we just replaced the furnace portion (with control board and motor in it). Jarod found a refurbished Trane furnace, then came back to my house to install. This was at 10 pm to boot. This young man went way above and beyond to get me and my family up and running in this miserably hot weather. Jarod is a god send, and a very customer service focused employee who WANTS to see his customers taken care of. I paid just a fraction of what a whole new system would have costed. And he still had two service calls left after he put this furnace in within hours. I HIGHLY recommend PolAire, and ask for Jarod. Fantastic company with excellent service. Thank you all so very much. We were miserable in that heat, and my dogs were also suffering very badly. No upswell whatsoever, just caring and honest folks. Thank you all so much

Looked for ac services and got really tired of the run around from the "big names " charging ridiculous prices and pushing for a "membership " pkg, or, not even returning calls or emails. Then I remembered passing Polar every time I came down here from Aurora IL Called, phone was actually answered by Samantha, explained my situation and asked about any specials, discounts as I am disabled and on a very limited income, Sam hooked me up with a great price, and booked me for next day service! Steve arrived in the time window given, very polite, knowledgeable and a patient listener! As I have experience with this type of work I am very impressed that there was no high pressure sales pitch or ad on's, recommended a new part even though it wasn't critical, and replaced it on the spot!! I am a customer for life with them! Supporting a local business is a must for me and they didn't disappoint!! Ok, it's been a few month's and it is time for the furnace check up. Called on a Saturday and left a message with their service and received a call back from Jarod same day! We set an appointment for Monday with a 2 to 4pm window, received a call Monday asking if he could come early! Who does that?! Agreed and Steve showed up with a quickness! Very thorough and again, polite, professional and just provided a world class experience! I am a customer for life with this company!!

Steven was on time; knowledgeable and professional for my Winter Furnace check up. He was helpful in answering a few side questions too. Cant say enough good things about entire PA staff. Well done y'all!
